Initial Consultation Flat fee of $200 includes an in-depth walk-thru and consultation with homeowner. Interior and exterior areas are addressed. Allow a minimum of 1-2 hours or more depending on size and condition of home. Customized report Complete detailed report is provided within 48 hours outlining recommended improvements. Included is a checklist and action items are prioritized, giving the homeowner a logical and sequential implementation plan and course of action. Implementation Homeowners can implement plan in 3 ways: ‘Do it yourself’, hire outside help, or a combination of the two. The goal of implementation is to prepare the home ideally prior to listing the house, for the all-important Open House as well as future showings. Staging will highlight the features of the home while de-cluttering, de-personalizing and rearranging furnishings to best accentuate the positives and minimize any negatives. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression! What Services We Can Provide Serenity Designs can provide half-day, full-day, or multi-day staging options. We can also arrange for handyman services, painting, landscaping, clean-out and other related services. Furnishings and accessories can also be supplied. Costs Involved Initial report will provide some general cost guidelines for estimating purposes. Staging costs will vary depending on the scope of the project. Half-day staging can cost as little as $250 with multi-day staging starting at $500. A detailed cost estimate for specific projects, with or without return on investment figures, can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
